Dashboards & Reporting / Driver Summary

Drivers Summary dashboard provides company overview of its drivers, trucks, and trailers and number of users and mobile applications.

By using the Active filter, users can see information about Active or Inactive drivers, trucks and trailers. The dashboard presents the information for the Active drivers and equipment.

Users can further filter by Driver Name, Truck or Trailer Number, Type, Status, and Inactivity.

Also it displays Drivers, Trucks and Trailers that are unassigned from a Load. In the table below the Days Inactive column shows the number of days each driver, truck or trailer was inactive.

By clicking on one of the boxes on top of each table we can see the drivers, trucks or trailers in the selected category.

The Last Location column displays data from the Dispatch module showing what is the last known location for the Driver.
The Truck and Trailers tables have Unassigned Location, Unassigned date/time and Unassigned Driver columns. These columns provide information about what is the location of the equipment when that equipment was unassigned from a driver.
In all three tables, SmartBoard users can add comments regarding the inactivity and why the Driver, Truck or Trailer is not currently active. Comments can be added by clicking on the + button in the Comments column.

For the “Inactive Drivers” this dashboard displays information about the Termination Date, Termination Type and Termination Reason.

In Drivers -> Available Location, by clicking on Arrow icon you can add the location and date on which the driver will be available. Once opened you choose the date and click on the map to mark the available location of your driver and then click on save.

Dashboards & Reporting / Driver Turnover Ratio

The Driver Turnover Ratio page provides statistics with all the necessary filters to get driver turnover ratio reports that best suit your needs.

With two period filters for turnover ratios, we can compare two reports at the same time.

THE FORMULA FOR CALCULATING DRIVERS TURNOVER RATE

Driver turnover is usually expressed as the driver turnover rate. It is the percentage of drivers who leave within a given time period, divided by the total number of drivers in the same time period.

A common way to look at the turnover rate is on a monthly basis. Looking at monthly driver turnover can be useful for spotting when drivers tend to leave in their first year. To calculate driver turnover rates, divide the number of driver terminations in one month by the average number of active drivers during the same month.

On this page, we can see the number of total drivers for a certain period.
